2010 Sparks Open Tryouts
On Saturday, April 10th and Sunday, April 11th, the Sparks are offering an incredible opportunity to tryout for the WNBA’s premier team! For the fourth year in a row, the Los Angeles Sparks will be opening the doors so that fans can be more involved than ever.
If you feel you have what it takes to play on a professional level, you know a thing or two about rebounding, shooting and passing and you have ball handling skills, then this is your chance! For just $75, the Sparks are offering all professional basketball hopefuls a once in a lifetime opportunity. By hitting the hardwood floor, you not only get to showcase your basketball skills to Sparks Head Coach Jennifer Gillom and Vice President/General Manager Penny Toler, but you will also receive a Sparks rally towel and one (1) lower level ticket to the Sparks second home game against the Atlanta Dream on Sunday, May 30th at 5pm.

For only $5 per day, the Sparks are also offering the opportunity to observe how the upcoming Sparks roster will be built. Fans will watch Sparks hopefuls do their best to catch the eye of Head Coach Jennifer Gillom and Vice President/General Manager Penny Toler. Tryouts will be held Saturday and Sunday, April 10th and 11th and have two open sessions. The first open session will be held April 10th from 9am to 12pm and the second from 4pm to 6:30pm. On Sunday, April 11th the session will be held from 8am-12pm and will be followed by a Q&A session with Jennifer Gillom and Penny Toler. If you plan on attending both Saturday and Sunday, you will be charged $5 for each day.
